1) The Grain is not heated or air conditioned, so please dress appropriately for the day and time requested.

2) Space is available during our regular season (May-November) during the following days/time: Sunday-Monday from 9am to 9pm unless Special Events are taking place.

3) If you wish to decorate for your event, please let us know.

4) Clean-up is the responsibility of the renter.
